Accessibility Committee

Application Deadline extended to August 11th 2023

The District of 100 Mile House is currently looking for four volunteer members interested in serving on our new Accessibility Committee. The District is establishing the committee to better understand barriers to participation in local service provision so that we can update our policies and services to better accommodate all residents.

Our goal is to have over half of the committee be represented by persons with disabilities (visible or invisible) or individuals who represent organizations that support persons with disabilities.

If you are interested in helping the District become more accessible and welcoming to all residents, please submit an application by July 21st 2023. 


Please note that applications from persons with disabilities or representatives from organizations that support persons with disabilities will be given priority.
