Mayor Maureen Pinkney
Mayor Pinkney was elected as Mayor in November 2022. Prior to serving as Mayor, Maureen served as a Councillor for 4 years. She also served as the Cariboo Regional District Area L Director from 2002-2008, and the CSRD from 2008-2010. Maureen also served as a board member of the Property Assessment Panel from 2008-2010.
As an active volunteer, she serves as Secretary of the 100 Mile House Wranglers, has past experiences with 100 Mile House Rotary Club, RCACC Cadets, 100 Mile House Snowmobile Club, Alternate Justice Program, 100 Mile Legion Bingos, 100 Mile House Chamber of Commerce, 100 Mile Merchants Assoc., Women’s Business Assoc. and many more.
Maureen was born and raised in 100 Mile House and is currently living at the 108 Mile Ranch with partner Bill. She enjoys being active, golfing and helping out whenever she can.
Councillor Dave Mingo
Councillor Mingo was re-elected in November 2022 and is passionate about our community and feels this is a wonderful place to call home. Born and raised in Mission BC, Dave arrived in the 100 Mile House area in 1994 with wife Kerri. An avid outdoorsman, Dave enjoys fishing, hunting and motorcycling. He is currently President of the 100 Mile Fly Fishers and an active member of the Lone Butte Fish and Wildlife Association. Dave is currently a licensed real estate professional for Re/Max 100 Mile House.
Councillor Marty Norgren
Councillor Norgren was elected to council in June 2024's By-Election. Marty moved to 100 Mile House in 2020 from the lower mainland. Marty has always felt that it is his responsibility to give back to his community through volunteering, in the past this presented as being on the board of directors for many small and large organizations as well as not-for-profits. Currently he is the Chair of Canadian Mental Health Association South Cariboo Branch. Marty enjoys family, friends, home handyman projects and immersing himself in the great outdoors here in the beautiful Cariboo.
Councillor Jenni Guimond
Newly elected to Council in 2022, Jenni was born and raised in 100 Mile House and has developed a strong connection to her Community truly believing this is a wonderful place to live and raise a family.
Jenni worked as a legal assistant for 13 years specializing in residential and commercial real estate as well as land development before moving on to become a licensed Realtor with eXp Realty. She is organized and detail oriented with a strong passion for helping others.
Currently on the Board of Directors of the 100 Mile House Senior Housing Society and excited to be a part of Council.
Councillor Donna Barnett
Newly elected as a Councillor in 2022, Donna brings with her political experience from her time serving as the Cariboo Chilcotin MLA from 2009-2020 and Mayor of 100 Mile House from 1986-1991 and 1996-2008.
As an active volunteer, she serves as Vice Chair of the South Cariboo Health Foundation, Chair of the 100 Mile Seniors Society, Chair of the 100 Mile House Museum Society, Director of the 100 Mile & District Historical Society, President of the South Cariboo Chamber of Commerce and a volunteeer with the Wranglers Junior B hockey team. She has past experiences with 100 Mile House Rotary Club , 100 Mile House Snowmobile Club, Outriders Club, Hot July Nights and many more.
