NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO COUNCIL PROCEDURE BYLAW

November 1st, 2023

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Council for the District of 100 Mile House will be considering an amendment to Council Procedure Bylaw No. 1336-2018, as amended, through the adoption of Council Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 1413, 2023 at their regular meeting being held on Tuesday, November 14th, 2023 at 7:00 pm. The amendment, in general, proposes to:



• Add public hearings to the Order of Proceedings under Section 15.1. (c)



This notice is given as required by Section 124 of the Community Charter.
