Notice of Public Hearing - Exeter Truck Route

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The District of 100 Mile House will hold a Public Hearing in the Municipal Council Chambers, located at 385 Birch Avenue (Fourth Street entrance), 100 Mile House, on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. to consider Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1404, 2023 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1405, 2023.  The purpose of the amendment bylaws is to amend District of 100 Mile House Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1288, 2016 and Zoning Bylaw No. 1290, 2016.

Subject Property: Lot A, Plan KAP89661, Except Plans EPP68819 and EPP86721, DLs 33, 625, 4175 and 4179, Lillooet District, located on Exeter Truck Route at the 101 Mile

The proposed bylaw amendments are to:

Amend the Official Community Plan from Industrial to Medium Density Residential; and Amend the Zoning from Light Industrial Zone (I-1) to Residential Mobile Home Park Zone (R-6).

The proposed bylaws may be inspected during normal working hours in the Municipal Office, 385 Birch Avenue until 4:00 p.m. July 11, 2023.  If you deem your interests to be affected by this bylaw, please submit your comments in writing or attend the Public Hearing and you will be given an opportunity to be heard.
